How to Sonos Factory Reset

  1. Open the Sonos One app on your phone or computer.
  2. Scroll down to the bottom of the app and click on “Reset Factory Settings.”
  3. Enter your Sonos account name and password into the fields below.
  4. Click on “Reset.”
  5. The Sonos One will restart and all of its settings will be reset to their defaults.

Press and hold the Connect button on the back of the speaker. Plug the speaker back into the wall.

If your speaker is not connecting to your phone, try pressing the Connect button again and see if that helps. If it still doesn’t work, try restarting your phone and your speaker. ..

When the light starts flashing green, the speaker has reset and is ready to start again.

How to Factory reset: the Sonos movement

  1. Open the app on your phone and sign in to your Sonos account.
  2. Scroll down to the bottom of the app and click on “reset.”
  3. Enter your Sonos password and confirm your reset by clicking on “submit.”

Make sure the speaker is turned on and not connected to power.

  1. Open the Sonos app on your phone.
  2. Tap on the three lines in the top left corner of the screen.
  3. Choose “Reset Roam.”
  4. Enter your account information and password.
  5. Tap on “Reset Roam.”

Make sure the speaker is turned on and not connected to power.

To turn off your phone, press and hold the button for five (or more) seconds.

To play or pause the Roam, press and hold the Play / Pause button and when you do, release the power button at the back of the Roam.

When the speaker light starts flashing white and amber, hold the Play / Pause button until the speaker is ready to play.

When the light starts flashing green, the speaker has reset and is ready to start again.
